How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, please follow these steps:

1. Login to the billing area at
2. Click on the Services -> My Services menu located at the top of the page.
3. Select the service that you would like to cancel.
4. Click on the Management Actions tab and then on Request Cancellation.
5. Enter the reason of your cancellation. If you don't want to enter a reason, just enter something random, like "N/A".
6. Select whether you want the service to be terminated immediately or at the end of the billing period.
7. Submit the cancellation.

We ask that you cancel your account at least five days before the next billing cycle.

If you cancel because you're unsatisfied with our services or if something didn't work the way you expected, we highly encourage you to contact our customer service department. We want to hear your option and try to fix any issues that cause dissatisfaction. It is our primary objective to fully satisfy our clients and outperform all their expectations.
